Scoro compares budgeted data with real time results, so you'll always have a clear overview of how close you are to filling the budget. Read more about the budget report.
The budget list displays all created budgets with information about the author, period, name, budget type, input, sum, default budget and status. The list can also be filtered by active and archived statuses, inputs and projects.
The default budget data will be used on the dashboard. If you select sales results for the dashboard, you'll see at a glance how things are going compared to the budget.
Budgets can be divided into types by users, clients, projects, finance accounts, accounting objects and accounting object groups.
For example, user based budgets will give a clear picture of how each member of the sales team is doing with fulfilling the set goal. Projects based budget will allow you to keep an eye on projects related finances. Accounting objects can be used, for example, to see every cost related to the office. And so on.
!Note Don't forget to divide the Accounting objects accordingly - either it is an expense or income accounting object, under Settings > Sales and finances > Accounting objects.
When selecting users or projects as the type for your budget, you are able to pick related users/projects from an autosuggest field.
All added users/projects are shown on seperate lines, while the rest are combined on the Other row.
The budget can be compared to invoices and scheduled invoices, bills and scheduled bills, margin (invoices), quotes (or quotes margin, when using the media plan), or orders. This is the data that the budget will be compared to in real time.
