All the files uploaded to the site are displayed under Files.
The usage of disk space can be viewed on the settings front page – click on Settings > Go to Settings Panel.
Each Scoro plan has a dedicated amount of disk space for data, files, and logs:
-
Current plans:
- Core: 1 GB
- Growth: 3 GB
- Performance: 5 GB
- Enterprise: 10 GB
-
Legacy plans:
- Essential: 1 GB
- Standard: 3 GB
- Pro: 5 GB
- Ultimate: 10 GB
When your site reaches the storage limit of your Scoro plan, an additional 1 GB is automatically added to your site (at a price of 2€ / $3 per month). Scoro will automatically send an email to site administrators before this happens.
Here's what you can do to free up your storage space:
- Delete unnecessary files: Open the Files module on your site to review your files and remove any unnecessary files.
- Set up an integration with data storage platform: Integrate Scoro with Dropbox or Google Drive to ensure that all your files are stored on the selected software's disk and they don't take up your Scoro site's storage space. See our dedicated guides on each integration:
The Administrator of the site can select who has what rights concerning files under Settings > Administration > Permission sets.
