If you forget your password and type in the wrong one, Scoro will notify you. If you enter an incorrect password 3 times in a row, your account will be blocked for security reasons.
Whether you've simply forgotten your password or your account has been blocked, you can use the same process to regain access.

1. Resetting the password from the log-in screen
If you've forgot your password, you can reset it from the login screen:
- Click on Forgot password on the login page of your Scoro site.
- Enter your email address and click Send.
Note! This email must be the same one used to create your user account. - You will receive an email with a link. Click this link to reset your password. The password recovery link is valid for 2 hours.
- Create your new password. The new password must match the following criteria:
- At least 8 characters long
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one number

Using this link and setting a new password will automatically unblock your account.
Resetting your password while logged in to your site
If you know your current password, but wish to change it for security or other reasons:
- Go to Settings > My settings > Profile
- Click on the link Change password and follow the on-screen instructions.
Why haven't I received the password reset email?
If you've requested a password reset, but have not received the email, it is usually due to one of the following reasons:
Unverified email address: If your email address was recently updated by an administrator or by yourself, an automatic verification email was triggered. If this verification step is ignored, password reset emails cannot be delivered. You can find instructions on how to complete this step in our email verification guide.
Admin/IT restrictions: Please verify with your company's IT administrator that emails from no-reply@scoro.co are not being blocked by your organization's network filters.
If you are unable to verify your email address yourself, or if your email is already verified and you still haven't received the recovery email, please contact our Support team via our contact form for manual assistance.
