The Profile settings page, located under Settings > My settings > Profile, is where you can manage the general and contact details for your own user account.
1. General details
In the General section, you can manage and modify the following information:
- Profile picture
- Name and last name
- Initials – if you haven't uploaded your profile picture, your user avatar will show the initials you've provided here
- Birthday
- User name
- Business function and position
- Job title
2. Contact and address information
In the Contacts section, you can add your contact information, such as your e-mail address, office and mobile phone numbers, your LinkedIn profile link, and your address details.
2.1. Verifying your e-mail address
The email address linked to your user account needs to be verified so that you can recover your password if needed and receive system notifications from Scoro.
When you first activate your user account, you'll automatically receive a verification link to the email address linked to your user account. Simply click the link in the email you received to complete the email verification process.
Note! If you've signed up to Scoro using Google or Microsoft SSO, your email address is verified automatically, and you don't need to go through the email address verification process.
The verification link is valid for 24 hours. If it has expired, you can resend yourself a new verification e-mail from your Scoro site:
- Go to Settings > My settings > Profile
- In the Contacts section, click the Resend verification e-mail button.
If you've changed the email address for your user account, you need to complete the verification process for the new email address.
