Invoice links don't appear in the email or the invoice PDF templates
If you've enabled the invoice link-related settings and added the dynamic fields to your email or PDF templates, but the QuickBooks invoice link doesn't appear in the email or PDF:
- Check if the invoice is synced to QuickBooks – Scoro gets the invoice link from QuickBooks during the invoice sync. if it's not synced, Scoro doesn't have the invoice link to display in the email message or invoice PDF.
- If the invoice is synced to Scoro, disconnect and reconnect the QuickBooks integration:
- To disconnect it, click the Disconnect button in the QuickBooks integration settings in Scoro.
- Then, reconnect the integration by clicking the Connect to QuickBooks button – the integration will resume to its previous state before the disconnection, and the invoice link should appear in the email message or the invoice PDF.
