With Scoro and Slack integration, users can receive all their most crucial notifications in Slack as a direct message.
Note! To ensure that the notifications are received successfully, the Slack account and Scoro account email addresses should match!
With the help of Triggers & Actions, you can set up a rule where you will receive a notification in Slack about any updates you wish to keep up with.
To set it up, the admin user must connect to the company's Slack account through Settings > Site settings > Integrations in Scoro.
Then, each user can search for the Scoro app in Slack > Apps > Manage > Browse apps and add it to their Slack apps list.
Once Slack and Scoro are connected, all site users can use Slack as a notification method when setting up rules with Triggers & Actions. For example, you can create a rule that notifies you in Slack when a new project is created by specific users. To set up rules, open Settings > My settings > Triggers & Actions.
Another way of using this integration is to receive your event reminders in Slack. Once your Scoro site is linked to your Slack, under Settings > My settings > My calendar and tasks, you can choose how you would receive these reminders:
Note! Slack notifications cannot be sent in a group channel but only as a direct message.
