You can create your own news feed with multiple different categories and subcategories for your team. This can be the place to share valuable information, e.g., internal documentation, or simply everyday happenings and media with your team members. It's a convenient place to keep all important information, as it's logically sorted and easy to find.
Note! News Feed is a simple function not controlled by any settings or user rights.
To add a new category to the lefthand menu, click on Add category.
Add a name to the new category and decide if it's the main category or a subcategory of an existing category.
If you wish to modify or delete an existing category, hover over the name of the category and click on the settings icon behind it.
To add a new post, click on + New.Enter the post title, select the category (or subcategory), add a description (visible in the list view under the title) and write content.
If the post is marked as Is public, it is published, if not, it will remain as a draft.
You can also choose to display the article on the dashboard and send a notification to your team about your new post.
If you wish to modify or delete a post, click on its name in the list view, then click on the Modify button in the post view.
The list view of your news can be sorted by title, author and date, and filtered by users, categories and whether the posts are shown on the dashboard or not.
