User rights – what one sees or doesn't see, can, or cannot do in Scoro can be managed by permission sets. Go to Settings > Administration > Permission sets.
Note! You have to be an administrator of the site to have access to Permission sets.
Add different permission sets like Management, Finance, Sales, etc., to give different users the relevant access rights. Just click on Add permission set.
For each permission set, decide what people with that permission set can see and do on your Scoro site. Click on Modules and actions on each permission set line and tick all the features and actions you would like to give access to.
Tip! You can set up one permission, then Duplicate it (add a name and open it from the list view) and compare it to the original permission set (the differences are highlighted in yellow) to make changes. This way, you don't have to set up each permission set from scratch.
You can also set up Calendar and tasks access rights to decide how users with the selected permission can view and modify the events and tasks of users with other permission sets.
For that, you have 6 options.
Let’s use the Project management group's permissions as an example to set up access rights and see how the people from this group can view, for example, the calendar and tasks of the users from the Management group.
In the left column, you can see the permission sets (Finance, Management, Specialist, etc.) and the respective users with each permission set.
