Activity log contains all actions made on the site by users. You can always see when someone logged in or out, when and what was added, modified, deleted, etc.
Site administrators who have access to the Administration setting's block can access the activity log under Settings> Administration> Activity log.
1. Filtering activity log data
You can filter the activity log data by users, modules, activity types, and dates to find the specific module or action you are looking for.
For example, if you are using any of the calendar integrations, then under Automatic activity you'll find all the events that were created, modified, or deleted via the calendar integration.
2. Restoring data from the activity log
You can also restore deleted tasks, events, and projects from the activity log within 30 days of the deletion.
To restore an item from the activity log:
- Find the item in the activity log using relevant filters and click on it
- Click Restore.
The restored item will contain all its relations to other items on your site, if there were any before the deletion.
Note! Deleted financial documents like invoices, quotes, bills, etc., cannot be recovered from Scoro's activity log. If you need assistance recovering deleted financial documents, please contact us via our contact form.
