In order to set up a connection with Dropbox:
- Create a Dropbox account or use an existing one. We recommend using a company account for this, not your personal Dropbox account.
- Go to Settings > Site settings > Integrations and open the Dropbox integration. Click Connect Dropbox and enter your Dropbox account login data in Scoro.
When the integration has been established, files uploaded to the site will be added to Dropbox. This means that uploaded files can be accessed from your and your colleagues' hard drives when the Internet connection is down.
The catalogue tree will be created automatically.
You can also upload files by dragging them from your desktop to the Scoro site.
When uploading files through the site, the maximum file size per one file is 150Mb. If you wish to upload larger files, use the Dropbox client. When files have been successfully synced, they're also be accessible in the site.
Important! If, for any reason, your Dropbox integration connection has been disconnected, make sure to reconnect to the same Dropbox account that you had the connection initially, otherwise, all your files will be deleted from our servers!
