Customize your views
Let's look at how to customize your view using the Task list as an example.
This view gathers all your assignments and you can use this view to organize your priorities and monitor your progress. To quickly see the most relevant information on each task, use the View settings to add data columns. For example, you may add project details or status information.
You can use the grouping and sorting functionalities to organize the task list and get a clear overview of your most important and urgent activities. For example, you could Group the tasks by Priority and Sort by Due date to see the most relevant assignments first.
Tap on the Filter menu item to expand the filtering options. The additional options will vary depending on the view you are customizing. You can also use the search bar on the right to narrow down lengthy lists or find specific tasks.
Save and access bookmarks
Whenever you use filters, grouping options, or additional data columns to customize your list, consider bookmarking the view to make it your default or add it to your favorites.
Your bookmarked views are huge time-savers, as you can access all favorites with a single click from anywhere in Scoro. Simply click on the Bookmarks icon located in the quick actions menu at the top of your site.
