To manage the task list efficiently, use different filters, viewing, and grouping options. Also, bookmark your preferred viewing options. By default, the task list shows your tasks, but you can also filter out your team's or a specific team member's tasks if needed.
Everything related to how what the list looks like can be found under the View button.
To add or remove columns visible on the list, click on the Data columns button and tick the options you would like to display on your list.
Tasks can be displayed in a compact or a detailed (Show task details) way. The detailed view also shows the description and additional info of a task. Click on the View button, then the View options button, and tick the options you wish to make visible.
You have the option to show the tasks' summary in the sidebar next to the task list.
You can also display the calendar on the sidebar next to the task list with activity statistics by ticking the relevant view option. This way you'll always see your events and time needed for planned tasks.
It's easy to set the order of tasks by dragging them with the cursor. This way all tasks are organized according to urgency, for example.
Note! If there are planned (not marked as Done) time entries under tasks, they are also visible in the task list under that specific task. You can hide them by unticking the checkbox Show time entries under View options.
Types of icons:

The initials in front of the time entries indicate the person they belong to.
To assign an unassigned task to someone, just click on the button with three dots and select the person(s) you'd like to assign the task to. The same way you can assign already assigned tasks to someone else, just click on the initials.
The question mark in the list indicates a task that has been assigned and needs to be accepted. Even so, not accepting a task does not mean the assignee gets away with not doing it. It will stay in their task list until it's marked as Done or assigned to someone else.
If you move the cursor on the task line, there are a couple of options you can use:
- The task priority icon will change into a pencil icon and the task preview window pops up.
Just click the pencil icon to open the task modify view and change task details. You can open the task detailed view by clicking on the task name in the list. - A button to add a time entry or start tracking time with the time tracker.
- A button to mark a task as done. Just double-click the tick icon on the row of the task to mark it done with today's date.
If you wish to find a task by a keyword, type it into the search box.
To change more than one task at once, just tick the relevant tasks – an additional options bar will appear.
When selecting multiple tasks on the list, you can also quickly assign or change the due date of the chosen tasks, or reset their due date (remove the due date). Just click on the name of the group to select all tasks under that group (in this case the group High priority).
Done tasks
You can see all Done tasks in the detailed work report, of course. Even so, if you need to get a quick overview, you can also filter out Done tasks right there in the task list. Just click on the Filter button and select the relevant filter.
