Under Settings > Work and projects > Calendar and tasks you can find general features regarding activity management.
Require activity confirmation
When the feature has been activated, a checkbox will be displayed in the calendar event and task window.
Confirmed and not confirmed activities can be filtered in the work report.
For example, you can filter out a list of confirmed tasks and create an invoice based on time spent.
In addition, you can use automatic confirmation for tasks sent via the Smart inbox function, so you don't have to confirm these tasks manually.
Use activity points
When the feature is enabled, you can add value points to different activities. For example, a call to a new customer gives 5 points, a meeting 10 points, etc. This can be used as a bonus system for the sales team. Go to Settings > Work and projects > Activity types and click on the name of an activity to set points.
The sum of points can be displayed in the Activity report.
Additional data linking options
Here you can set which additional data fields are visible when creating and modifying tasks or events and also determine the order of these fields. Just drag the fields to reorder them. Ticked options are visible by default, unticked options can be found under the More menu button.
