Under Settings > Work and projects > Calendar and tasks, you can find general features regarding activity management.
Require activity confirmation
This setting is available if your site's admin has enabled the relevant permission under Administration > Permission sets > Modules and actions.
When the feature has been activated, a checkbox will be displayed in the calendar event and task window.
Once the Require activity confirmation setting is enabled, you can use Automatic confirmation for tasks sent via the Smart inbox function, so you don't have to confirm these tasks manually.
To filter out confirmed and not confirmed activities you can use the Detailed work report.
For example, you can filter out a list of confirmed tasks and create an invoice based on time spent.
Use activity points
When the feature is enabled, you can add value points to different activities. For example, a call to a new customer gives 5 points, a meeting 10 points, etc. This can be used as a bonus system for the sales team. Go to Settings > Work and projects > Activity types and click on the name of an activity to set points.
The sum of points can be displayed in the Activity report.
Additional data linking options
When creating or modifying a task, the default fields that are always visible are company, contact person, and project. Other additional fields can be added through the option More
When creating or modifying an event, in addition to the company, contact person, and project fields, a link to the task field is also available by default. The rest of the fields are also listed under option More. Scoro will propose all tasks, based on the fields that you have already filled in.
For example, if you link a project before the task to link the event, the system will propose tasks that are related to the same project.
If you link only the company to the event, the system will propose all related tasks that are linked to the same company card.
