With Scoro, you can easily create custom billing rates for different types of clients using price lists and client profiles. This allows Scoro to automatically use the negotiated prices for products and services when compiling a sales document (quote, invoice) for the customer, hence leaving no room for human error.
1. Start by creating client profiles and linking the profiles with relevant clients.
2. Create different price lists.
3. Link relevant products/services with different price lists. Go to Settings > Sales and finance > Products and services and open the relevant product/service by clicking on the name of the product/service. Then, add a price for each price list. Ensure that the price field is filled in on every price list, otherwise, the product won't be listed when creating a document.
That way, when adding a product/service to a sales document and linking the document with a certain customer, the pricing information is automatically filled out for you.
