Scoro's reporting capabilities help you analyze your business from various operational and financial aspects. This article will walk you through the basics of reporting in Scoro – which reports are available on your plan, how the Reports module is organized, how to export data from reports, how report permissions work, and how far back in time your reports can show data. You'll also find links to the dedicated Help Center articles about each report, so you can dive deeper into the ones that matter most to you.

1. Report availability by plan
Report availability in Scoro varies across platforms, core apps, and legacy plans. Use the following resources to determine whether your site's subscription plan includes a specific report:
- Our Plans & Pricing page
- The dedicated Help Center article about that report – we've included links to specific reports in this section.
Note that the length of your reporting history also differs by plan – learn more about it in this section.
2. Navigating the Reports module
When you open the Reports module, you'll see a sidebar on the left and an overview of the Reports library in the main area.
The sidebar groups the available reports by area, such as Work, Sales, Financial, and General. Click a report name to open it, then use the filters and view options to refine the data. The reports you see depend on your plan and permissions (see Managing report permissions).
The reports library is a database of ready-made, filtered report views that you can quickly access and browse without filtering or customizing the report view yourself. They are grouped into six categories: productivity, utilization, revenue, cost, profitability, and sales. Click on either of those categories to see the available reports, or click the Open library button at the top of the sidebar to access all reports in the library.
Pro tip! Save time by using the report library templates as a basis for customizing your reports further!
Learn more about the reports library.
The Reports module also includes a Shared bookmarked reports section, which lists shared bookmarked report views. Learn more about bookmarks.
3. Managing report access and permissions
Whether you can see a report depends on two things: your site's subscription plan and the access rights of your permission set. Even if your plan includes a report, users can open it only if their permission set allows it. Site administrators can manage the report access for permission sets under Settings > Administration > Permission sets.
Can't find the report on your site? Check with your site administrator to confirm whether it's available for your site's subscription plan and whether your permission set has the relevant permissions enabled.
4. Reporting history
Reporting history is how far back in time your reports can show data, counted from today. The reporting history length varies across the Scoro platforms and legacy plans:
- Standard platform: 5 years + 1 month
- Enterprise platform: 10 years + 1 month
-
Legacy plans:
- Core: 1 year + 1 month
- Growth: 2 years + 1 month
- Performance: 3 years + 1 month
- Enterprise: 6 years + 1 month
Note!
- The limit applies to how far back you can look, not to the length of the period you select. For example, if your reporting history is 5 years + 1 month, you can only report on data from the last 5 years and 1 month. You can't select a date range that goes back further, even if the period is shorter than the limit.
- Older data beyond the reporting history limit isn't lost – it stays in Scoro, but you can't view or filter it in reports once it falls outside your site's subscription plan's reporting history limit.
5. Exporting data from reports
You can export data from some reports as a CSV or XLS file for further analysis outside Scoro. Not every report can be exported, and the available formats and steps differ by report.
To find out whether you can export a specific report and how to do it, see the dedicated Help Center article about that report, linked in the list of reports below.
